Now in Japan, the employment rate is on the increase and the unemployment rate is coming down, but the improved situation may be only a faked. More and more companies are eager to hire part-time workers rather than full-time workers today.

First, I am going to think about part-time work. Part-time workers have more flexible time and less stress than full-time workers. Since part-time workers are hired as contract employees, companies change workers frequently by using this contract employee system. This reduces an expense of the company and that’s why companies can employ more younger workers than full-time workers.

Next, I am going to think about full-time workers. What is different from a part-time employee is responsibility. Because full-time workers are members of a company, they may work on a holiday and they may work overtime every day. In other words, full-time workers devote part of life to their companies.
