- 1．乳児期の心理について 乳児期は新生児期に続く、生後1年ないし1年半の期間のことをいう。人間の赤ん坊が生まれ、立ち上がり、一人歩きをし、言葉を話すことができるようになり、まさに人の人生の中で最も目ざましい発達を遂げる感動の時期なのである。 乳児期の子どもは、自分でイメージを思い浮かべたり、言葉を使って考えることができない。目に見えない物や体験していないことは認識できないのである。 乳児期の子どもが認識できるのは、直接自分が見たり（感覚）、触ったり（身体運動）したものだけである。心理学者であるピアジェは、この時期を「感覚運動的知能の段階」と呼んでいる。

Henry David Thoreau−a thoughtful man in action and of liberty
- I think Thoreau is a man in action and of liberty. Most of people at that time regard him as an eccentric man, especially when they heard he was living in forest alone. It is beyond their comprehension. Though, from the point of Thoreau’s view that common sense of ordinary people was strange. Certainly if we judge him by common sense he seems to be strange, but I think he had reasonable common sense. Then what was his reasonable common sense? I want to write about his reasonable common sense. Emerson’s idea of transcendentalism had a great influence on Thoreau. I think Emerson’s idea that American people cultivate their spirit not only depend on the English way of thinking but also find American way of thinking and American nation also have to improve self-reliance spirit is great.
