- 英語の本について 最近本屋に並んでいる英語に関する本を見てみたところ、大きく２種類に分かれることがわかりました。 １つは下にあげる「今の日本の英語教育に関してダメだししている本」です。これらの多くは英語教育は間違っている・・・などといった内容で違う方法で英語ができるようにしよう！といったものでした。 [日本の英語教育ダメだし系] ・ 間違いだらけの英語学習 常識３８のウソとマコト ・ 習った英語は忘れろ！ 最短コースで英語がペラペラになる方法 なんだ、こんなにカンタンだったんだ！ ・ 受験英語禁止令 あなたの英語をリストラする禁１３２条 ・ 英語を聴き取るための耳ならし・口ならしリスニングドリル ２つ目は子供に対しての英語教育に関するものです。現在英語教育は中学から義務付けられていますが、それより前、もっと小さいときからやってみよう、というものです。例えば以下にあげるようなものがありました。 [子供に対しての英語教育系] ・ 英語力幻想−子どもが変わる英語の教え方 ・ 子ども英語指導ハンドブック 指導者の養成・自習のために ・ 英語が話せる子どもにしたい 英語関連の本はやはり教育関係のものが多いことがわかります。 日本の英語教育は現在多くのところで問題になっています。現在中学、高校で教えられているように文法を中心としたreadingの英語教育は知識は増えますが、それで英語が使えるかと言ったらそうではないでしょう。現在の英語教育を逆転させたlisteningからの英語取得方法が今回調べた多くの英語の本の中で紹介されていました。そのやり方のほうが実用的な英語が身に付くというものです。 今大学の授業でも会話を中心とした授業がおくられています。高校までの授業と違い新鮮でとても楽しんで行っています。

特許法に関するレポート
- 課題１ 特許請求の範囲、明細書・図面の機能・役割を説明せよ。（特許権の技術的範囲が何に基づいて定まるのかということについて必ず説明すること。また補正の内容の制限（新規事項の追加の禁止）との関係についても触れること。） 特許権の範囲は、「特許請求の範囲」に「明細書・図面」までを含めた出願書類全体から判断される。また、「特許請求の範囲」と「明細書・図面」はそれが特許になった場合には権利書としての役割と、第三者に発明の内容を開示する技術分権としての役割の両面を担うことになる。以下、それぞれについて具体的に述べる。 特許請求の権利の範囲は狭いほど従来技術との差が明確になるので、権利を取得しやすいが、権利行使の際には権利範囲が広い方が有利なので、双方のバランスが大事である。 明細書は発明の具体的な内容について簡潔明瞭に記載したものである。審査の段階で拒絶されないよう、発明を実施するために必要なことは全て書き出しておくべきである。 図面とは、発明の実施の形態、もしくは実施例の構造や動作を具体的に図面により表現するものである。描き方は原則として製図法に従って描く。 また、出願時の特許請求の範囲や明細書（及び図面）の表現に不備があると気がついたり、特許庁に指摘された場合は、手続補正書により補正することができる。しかし、先願主義の趣旨に沿うべく、補正できる時期及び内容について一定の制限が設けられている。基本的に、新規事項の追加は不可である。 特許出願から最後の拒絶理由通知までの間は、出願当初の明細書または図面に記載された事項の範囲内のみ補正が可能である。最後の拒絶理由通知から拒絶査定まで及び拒絶査定不服の審判請求時は、特許請求の範囲の補正も明細書（及び図面）の補正も可能である。

- 《 Alice's Adventures in Wonderland》 The Disney series following last time☆ It is possible to read by throwing the word that doesn't understand either when it is a known story. Therefore, it is possible to read forgetting gripping the story of the talk easily, and writing in English smoothly. I like this story very much. I have known this story since small time.I like rabbit's character in this story. The world in Alice's dream was very attractive in the image in the book. I want also to do such an adventure.

- b) calculate the unemployment rate The unemployment rate can be shown using the labor force population and the unemployment figures. The labor force population is a sum of the number of the employment people and the unemployment people. There for, the unemployment rate can be shown using the number of the employment people and the unemployment people. ( the unemployment rate = the unemployment people / labor force × 100 = the unemployment people / employment people + unemployment people × 100) For example, the unemployment rate of Italy in January in 1990 is 11.5. I look for this figure using the number of the employment people and the unemployment people. In 1990, the number of total employed males and females is 21100, and that of total unemployment males and females is 2735. From these figures, the unemployment rate can be calculated. 2735 / 21100 + 2735 × 100 = 11.47≒ 11.5 d) The non-cyclical unemployment rates There are some types of unemployment such as frictional inflation, structural inflation, cyclical inflation and so on. The non-cyclical unemployment is the same as the structural unemployment. Structural unemployment is caused by the labor market supply and demand unbalance and the change of the economic structure. The labor market supply and demand unbalance and the change of the economic structure cause structural unemployment. This unemployment occurs when the adjustment of the supply can not correspond if the increase and the decrease of the job offer are caused in one category of business.
